Clean store and great food
Our order was 40 minutes late, my breadsticks were cold, and the pizza tasted terrible.
Honestly the worst restaurant experience in my 40 Years. Food was good so the chief is doing his job but waitress and staff was terrible. There was not a clean table available when we came in an only three other families in the restaurant. We had to wait 15 minutes for clean plates and only got two forks for our party of three. The hour we were there not one table was cleaned and we watched two big groups walk in and out and one left while waiting for silverware. The waitress only made excuses for the poor service. If it wasn’t for my daughters excitement for pasta and salad we would have left too. I wish i could post a picture of how nasty the place looked.
This is a mediocre location. The employees are very inattentive when you dine in. And the dine in cost is at least double what you can to go. 4/5 visits with carryout will be wrong. But when they get it right it tastes great.
First off if I could I would rate this pizza hut a zero .. I placed a order for my son in high school to have pizza delivered for his lunch break and placed the order one hour early get this.... My son had been waiting in the school office for pizza that never showed up... My son called me to let me know he only had 10 minutes left for lunch and if I could check on the order.... I call pizza hut and the guy tells me there on there way so I give it five more minutes I call back and they tell me my order is still at pizza hut.... I couldn't believe that they couldn't get a order correct when placed a hour earlier.. Pocahontas is a small nice town in Arkansas and they don't have much of a variety when it comes to ordering not only that but they only have one pizza hut and it's not very busy.. I just couldn't believe this happened when there only 4 miles away from the school ... They didn't even apologize for the mistake and ask me if they can make it up for what happened... This pizza hut makes pizza hut look bad and I won't be ordering from these guy's again ... I can see if u make a mistake at least offer to fix so this doesn't make pizza hut look bad for a small nice town..... It's the staff here and manager that Need to be replaced with better people that care about having a job and know how it's important to keep customers and visitors coming back because if it wasn't for us this pizza hut would go out of business for poor service and all the staff would need to look for work elsewhere....
